Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 60 days of your first paid order. You do not need to cite connection issues, speeds that did not meet expectations, or other usage problems as a reason. You may share feedback in your ticket, but it is not required to submit a request.
The refund window is verified against the payment record for your first paid order. Later renewals, upgrades, or traffic-package purchases do not restart that window. If your request concerns multiple orders, list each one so support can review them individually; do not assume that all historical orders are refundable.
Requests made after this window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund described on this page. Payment issues such as duplicate charges or an incorrect order status after payment can still be submitted for review in a ticket and are handled separately from ordinary refund requests.
Traffic Usage and Account Review
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. Traffic packages do not expire and remain available until used. These are traffic-use rules, not additional refund deductions. This policy does not impose a deduction based on traffic used beyond what is stated here, nor does ordinary traffic use reduce the basis for a full refund.
If the page shows traffic above your allowance, usage records appear unusual, or your account is restricted over a suspected breach of the Terms of Service, explain the situation in your request. Support must review the order, usage, and relevant terms to distinguish normal use, display issues, and disputes over alleged violations. An alert alone does not determine refund eligibility.
Orders belonging to someone else, amounts already refunded, and orders that were never successfully paid cannot be refunded again. If you disagree with a violation finding or its outcome, ask for the basis in the original ticket and provide any additional information for review.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel and check the payment status, payment method, and order you want refunded in your order history.
- Go to the ticket page, explain that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order ID, payment date, amount, and payment method. List each amount separately if multiple payments are involved.
- If the order record does not match your payment receipt, attach evidence that identifies the transaction. Redact unrelated transactions, account balances, and other personal information from screenshots.
- Check replies in the original ticket, provide any requested details, and confirm the refund scope and how the plan and subscription access will be handled afterward.
Never provide your account password, payment password, private keys, or recovery phrases. VPN84 does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep refund discussions in the user-panel ticket, with no need to provide an email address separately.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are handled through the original payment route whenever possible so the amount can be matched to the original order. Do not transfer funds to any address or pay a purported refund verification fee before receiving clear instructions.
Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are checked against the original transaction record. If the original channel supports a refund, it will be processed through that channel. If the channel's status prevents this, support will explain the reason in the ticket and confirm an available approach first; another recipient account is not the default refund destination.
USDT transfers are returned differently from payments through a payment provider. The original payment record, receiving address, and network must be checked for a match. Any refund amount and potential network fees will be explained and confirmed in the ticket before processing. This page does not set an exchange rate or additional fee rules in advance.
Refund Status and Disputes
Submitting a request, completing a review, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. Receipt depends on the original payment channel, the status of the receiving account, or on-chain processing. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Refer to the ticket history and the actual transaction in your payment account.
If the ticket says a refund was sent but it has not appeared in your account, reply in the original ticket with the relevant transaction status. Support can continue checking it and help avoid fragmented records from duplicate requests. Raise any questions about the amount, orders covered, or basis for handling before the refund is processed.
For account-use limits and data handling, see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The refund commitment on this page does not require you to complete general troubleshooting before applying.
