Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Service Scope

VPN84 provides subscription services with international routes for cross-border access, access to international websites, and network acceleration. These terms apply to account creation, plan use, client connections, and related support. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you have questions, contact support through a ticket in the user panel.

The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are those shown in the user panel and your active subscription. Connecting to a route does not grant access rights to third-party websites. Accounts, content licenses, and regional rules for third-party services are determined by their respective providers.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not publish them or let others manage them on your behalf. If you notice an unusual login, a leaked subscription, or activity you did not perform, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket to prevent further exposure of valid credentials.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time. This is intended for the account holder's own devices and does not permit sharing accounts, distributing subscriptions, or reselling the service. Renting out accounts, splitting and selling routes, or including a subscription in a paid service offered to others is prohibited. Device limits and data allowances are separate matters; use across multiple devices remains subject to the data rules of your selected plan.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages never expire and remain available until used. Before using the service, review the plan details and order information. Subscription links and clients are available through the user panel; do not use accounts or subscription details from unknown sources.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your use, as well as the applicable rules of the services you access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including breaking into others' systems, stealing information, distributing malicious software, committing fraud, infringing intellectual property, or harming others' lawful rights and interests.

You must not use the service to launch network attacks, send abusive messages, or deliberately generate abnormal traffic that interferes with other users' connections. You are responsible for content you publish, transmit, or access and for your related conduct. VPN84 does not grant you the right to access systems, data, or paid content without authorization.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the status of destination websites, and maintenance schedules. VPN84 does not guarantee access to every third-party service in every region or at all times. Route coverage alone does not determine availability for a particular use case.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network and subscription status, then consult troubleshooting or submit a support ticket if needed. VPN84 will address service issues based on the circumstances, but cannot control changes to third-party services or failures of user devices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by these external factors. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

For reselling, subscription sharing, unlawful use, or conduct that persistently affects service operations, VPN84 may restrict relevant connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account depending on the circumstances. If you dispute an action, submit an explanation through a user panel support ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

A connection stopping because a plan has expired or its data has been used up is a plan limit, not termination for a violation. If your account is restricted, first check the notice in the panel and then request a review. A failed connection alone does not mean your account has been terminated.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

VPN84 may update these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or clarifications to the rules, and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user interests will be explained in a site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Updates will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and raise the issue through a support ticket.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for the application and handling process.
